MUNDUS VINI Tasting Zone
Hall 4, Stand A39 The MUNDUS VINI Tasting Zone is traditionally a hub for award-winning wines. Here, Meininger Verlag presents acclaimed wines from the Grand International Wine Award MUNDUS VINI. Twice a year, at the Spring Tasting in February and the Summer Tasting in August, the most renowned wine experts gather in highly qualified groups to taste and evaluate approximately 50 wines over the course of a day. Annually, around 12,000 wines are critically assessed by expert panels across ten tasting days.
At ProWein, MUNDUS VINI offers industry professionals the opportunity to explore around 300 award-winning wines at a glance and to be inspired by select winning wines.
Zero Tasting Area
Hall 1, Stand B09 In 2025, the tasting area for non-alcoholic still and sparkling wines once again invites visitors to explore the diverse world of no-alcohol products. With "ProWein Zero," Meininger Verlag, in cooperation with ProWein, provides a dedicated platform for national and international producers of non-alcoholic still and sparkling wines. Non-alcoholic spirits will also be presented.
The open tasting area offers deep insights into the development of non-alcoholic products, a beverage category with enormous growth and increasing popularity. With more than 200 products, this tasting zone is the world's largest area for non-alcoholic still and sparkling wines.
Roadmap to the Market of the Future
Kicking off ProWein is the international Meininger's Wine Conference, an established symposium for the wine industry. While last year's focus was on artificial intelligence and technology, this year's presentations from renowned international industry experts will focus on the future of wine sales. "Wine Sales 4.0 – Roadmap to the Market of the Future" is this year's motto, under which trade and market research professionals will engage in dialogue through engaging panel discussions.
"This year's Meininger's Wine Conference is a must-attend event for all wine marketers—keeping pace with the times and looking to the future," say conference hosts Karin Eymael (Weinwirtschaft) and Anja Zimmer (Meininger's International). "We are addressing the industry's major question in the sales arena: How do I sell wine successfully today and in the future?"
This year's conference will focus on the crucial issues shaping the future of the wine industry, from analyzing current market trends to data-driven insights into market dynamics.
Impulses will be generated and guidelines developed on how wineries, retailers, and the trade can effectively engage with emerging consumer groups.

The 2024 Honorees at a Glance: Outstanding individuals from the wine and spirits industry are honored with a Meininger Award. Following the Conference, the Meininger Award traditionally takes place, a networking and exchange event for the wine industry.
