Founded in 1993 by the industry association SudVinBio, this globally recognized event will once again transform the Parc des Expositions into a hub for organic wine. Over the three-day fair, visitors can sample a wide array of organic wine, beer, cider, spirits, and, for the first time, non-alcoholic options across four exhibition halls.

With around 1,500 exhibitors from 16 countries, Millésime Bio will feature an expansive 26,000 m² area, showcasing producers from every wine-producing region of France. A self-service area will allow attendees to freely taste hundreds of products, including the winners from the upcoming Challenge Millésime Bio, an international competition for organic wines and beers held on January 14-15, 2025.

A continued commitment to sustainability

True to its eco-conscious roots, Millésime Bio 2025 emphasizes sustainability by standardizing booth furniture and promoting the reuse and recycling of materials such as bottles, corks, posters, and carpets. Additionally, all opened bottles will be collected each evening to produce organic vinegar. A special area dedicated to the Biodyvin producer organization, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2025, will highlight complementary practices in organic viticulture.

The fair expects to welcome around 11,000 trade visitors, primarily from France (80%) and the rest of Europe (16%), with representation from North America and Asia (4%). To facilitate networking, a new appointment platform and an optimized app will help visitors connect with exhibitors and navigate the extensive offerings at Millésime Bio 2025. MM
