The 2023 Fair uses online tickets. These are available in the online shop at www.prowein.de. On-site counter sales will still be available, but are not recommended by the Fair.
- Day ticket: Online: 50 €
- 3-day season ticket: Online: 80 €
- Reduced day ticket*: Online: 20 €
- Reduced season ticket*: Online: 38 €
*(Pupils/specialist students from 16 years of age after successful legitimation). Accompanying persons with disabilities (with B or H in their ID) are admitted free of charge.
WIFI:
All visitor eTickets include one day of free wi-fi access with 2 Mbit bandwidth and 1 GB data volume. Premium WLAN tickets (10 Mbit bandwidth, volume flat rate):
- Voucher**60 min: 6 €
- Voucher ***1 day: 35 €
- Voucher*** 3 days: 79 €
The following conditions apply to WIFI vouchers:
**60 minutes: usage can be spread over the entire duration of the fair, logout is required.
*** Day pass: Once activated, the WIFI code is valid until midnight of the same day (not 24 hours).
Catalogue:
There is a ProWein Guide - a smaller version of the catalogue. This visitor guide is available free of charge everywhere at the entrances. <
ProWein on the internet:
The fair organisers offer extensive information about ProWein and the fair environment at www.prowein.de, including an overview of all exhibitors and their products with many search and filter options.
On the ProWein homepage trade visitors can also make their necessary online registration. Admission tickets can only be purchased after registration. Registrations from previous years are NOT valid any more.
The online function "MyOrganizer" can be used to call up the daily updated exhibitor database (under "Exhibitors & Products") and create an individual visit plan. The location of the selected exhibitors will be shown in the interactive site plan.
Matchmaking:
A tool for making targeted contacts in the run-up to the fair and on site. The tool creates contact suggestions based on individual interests and product focal points and makes it possible to plan appointments and meetings. Access is via the web portal at www.prowein.de/Matchmaking or with the ProWein Matchmaking App for IOS and Android OS.
ProWein mobile:
The website prowein.de is mobile-friendly and can also be used for smartphones and tablets. In addition to the "Messe Düsseldorf App", the fair offers a special "ProWein App". It is available free of charge in German and English and can be downloaded from the Apple AppStore or Google Play. It offers offline search, an interactive hall plan, event search, trade fair and exhibitor news, etc.

Bus and train tickets:
A ticket must be purchased for travel to and from the fair by public transport. Unlike in the past, admission tickets for Messe Düsseldorf do NOT include free travel to and from the fair by public transport. A travel ticket can be purchased together with the ticket. Bus and train travel is also possible via the eezy app according to the check-in/check-out principle. The free eezy app for online tickets can be downloaded at eezy.nrw.
