Hawesko Maintains Stable Dividend

Despite a slight dip in sales, Hawesko Holding SE will once again pay out a dividend of €1.30 per share for fiscal year 2024.

At its annual general meeting, Hawesko Holding SE approved a dividend payment of €1.30 per share for the 2023 financial year. According to the company, the dividend will be payable from June 16, 2025, and corresponds to a yield of 4.5% based on the current share price (as of June 10, 2025). Despite a slight decline in revenue, the dividend remains unchanged from the previous year.

Since its IPO in 1998, the group’s shareholders have received a dividend every year. For the 2022 financial year, a dividend of €1.90 per share was paid, while the highest dividend to date was €2.50 per share in 2021.
