Price increases in euros for wines from California, Argentina, and South Africa are largely the result of currency fluctuations. By contrast, Chile's prices are rising in real terms, while Australia and New Zealand are experiencing slight declines in some cases. For Australia, this could be linked to the significant contraction of the Chinese market compared to previous years.

Chile, meanwhile, has seen some vineyards uprooted, signaling a smaller harvest for 2025. Dry white wines from the 2024 vintage are nearly sold out. At the same time, Argentina's major bulk wine regions appear to be enjoying their first spring in years without late frost, paving the way for a potentially larger 2025 harvest.
