Burgundy producer Olivier Leflaive is a pioneer of wine tourism in France. At his «Table d Olivier» consumer are given a joyful introduction to the wine world - and are even asked to lend a hand in the vineyards. Leflaive has now gone a
step further. Earlier this month, on the same square in his hometown, he opened «La Maison d Olivier», a prestige hotel in Puligny-Montrachet. As Olivier states: "Wine lovers want to live their passion; not only drink it, but to feel and be able to speak about it."
