Spain meets Asia
It begins with white. Weinakademiker Markus J. Will the proposed four-course dinner with Asian flair be a good match? You’ll have to wait and see!

They are also reputed to provide cool hip-hop beats and lively wines. Whereas previously they had to improvise with recommendations, this year they have a wine list. And the chips? Really good!

Cooked with care
The somewhat different gourmet restaurant. "The special thing about our food is that it is always superbly tasty and light," says Eva Herrmann, the manager of The Fritz Hotel.
